There are no scratches in the traditional sense. By this, I mean that I can run a fingernail along the full surface and never feel anything but smooth glass. However, think about car paint. There are scratches where a key or branch scratched the paint noticeably. There are also micro-scratches caused by washing the car where sand or dirt pressed against the coat causes tiny marks. The phone may have micro-scratches that are not visible unless the screen is off and light is shone at a specific angle. So for a traditional user, I would say there are no scratches. If you take a magnifying glass, I'm sure you'll be able to find marks that would otherwise be invisible to the human eye.

To my naked eye, the camera glass is in mint condition. I see no scratches of any kind.
