no marks, scratches, defects? how long was it used?
No marks, scratches, or defects. I used it for a few months, but I'm not the original owner and I'm not certain how long it was used previously.
are those smudges on the back of the device?
It actually took me a while to figure out what you were referring to because they're hard to spot without the right light, but I do notice them in the pictures now. I think these are from the darker case material rubbing up against the back of the device while connected.
