what are those stripes on screen?

It was the glare from the white box I took the pictures of the phone inside. I just posted 2 new pictures that show it's not the device.

How old this device? does it have warranty?

It was bought when this device was first released as it was used for a project on the new device. No warranty that I’m aware of

Thomas, if you post multiple photos that show the screen is working correctly (no black bars), you probably sell this device quickly.
