Apple Watch has scuffs around the top border of the screen and bottom border of the device as well as the Digital Crown (please see related images). The screen has a small scratch near the bottom center area.

Battery health is at 74%, so battery service is recommended, but the watch functions well and does hold a charge for daily use and recharging. You will be sent all the original packaging for the watch, band and overall box as seen in the images.
