Hi - the smudges clean up pretty well, it's in good visual shape - I just don't feel comfortable listing something as "Mint" if it's been opened and used, but there isn't really anything on the device that doesn't show up in the pictures on here, as far as I can tell.
I started a YouTube video after charging it to 100% a little bit ago, I'll let you know how long it lasts!
If it lasts less than 8 hours, can you do $90?
Sorry, no - the included accessories alone (if new) would be more than $90, and I have to pay for shipping out of the price.
After an hour and 30 minutes on YouTube with medium brightness, the battery is at 87% - I'll post a picture of the Battery screen once it's gone on for longer.

The battery drained from 100% to 15% in 9h 15m while watching a YouTube video at medium brightness (uploaded another picture) - seems pretty good!
