Selling a brand new open-box reMarkable 2 that I won in a raffle. I opened it carefully, powered it on once, and then repackaged everything exactly as it came. The device has never been written on, and the screen + body are flawless.

If PayPal is denying a payment, it is usually an issue with the buyer's PayPal account, sometimes related to not having a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside

Less commonly, the issue may be with the seller's PayPal account being limited. Both parties should contact PayPal support (preferably by phone) to confirm their accounts are ready to send and receive payments.
