Items received not as described shall be returned to the seller for a prompt refund

All seller return policies are based on the pre-condition that the item is received as advertised and in accordance with Swappa policies.

A 14-day return policy is offered on all purchases. Due to recent PayPal changes, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all buyer's remorse returns and order cancellations. If the device is found to be defective, the restocking fee will be waived.

The warranty is void if either the software or hardware is not in the same condition as described in the listing. Including but not limited to cracked front or back glass, and software modifications.

Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of the order being returned and verified to be in acceptable condition. To ensure the device is eligible for a return, please ensure any iCloud/Google/Samsung account has been removed.

What’s the size of the light seal? Any items missing that came within the original packaging? Can the original receipt be provide (I believe Apple care can be added if somebody wants to subscribe to the monthly Apple one)? Anything extra included, which was purchased separately?

Hello. The light seal is small to match the Small Solo Knit Band and Headstrap. We do not have the original receipt. There are no extra accessories. Thank you.
