Jim, how many cycles does the battery have and what is the manufacture - first use date? thanks

Thanks for your interest! The battery has 141 cycles. It’s been mostly kept plugged in, so the battery health has been well preserved. The manufacture date is 09/2024 and first-use date is 12/2024, so it’s still under warranty.

There’s also a tip that isn’t widely known: if you visit an Apple Store in person, get the device inspected, and sign up for AppleCare+ on the spot, many people have been able to extend coverage for up to two additional years. I can’t guarantee it, but it’s worked for others.
