Hello, yes, both inner and outer screens are scratch-free. I have had a case with a built-in screen protector since day one, and I installed a screen protector on the inner display since day one.

Unfortunately, no. However, if you receive the phone and it's not as described, I have no issue refunding your money as long as I receive my device back. I ensure that the device is securely packaged. I will also upload the pictures of the packaging to show you how secure it is.
