If PayPal is denying a payment, it is usually an issue with the buyer's PayPal account, sometimes related to not having a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside

Less commonly, the issue may be with the seller's PayPal account being limited. Both parties should contact PayPal support (preferably by phone) to confirm their accounts are ready to send and receive payments.

Paypal is not denying, the messagys reads contact swappa

I’ve sold two items in the last couple of weeks without an issue. I may be able to follow up with them tomorrow though.

No problem, we’ll get it figured out. When you email support, can you send them a screenshot also? That may help them figure out the issue.
