will the stand be included ?

@Lin, was not planning on it. The VESA adapter, for sure. But I could include the desk mount arm for $50, mainly to cover additional shipping.

I would take it for about $800 / $900.
The new Studio Display is coming out soon, and you are giving this one without a stand, and look at the last few listings, it sold for that price, so let me know if you are interested, otherwise I will just wait for the Studio Display 2 to come out and then the prices will drop by a lot.

The VESA adapter is the functional equivalent of a stand--it's an option you choose when checking out. It costs just as much ($1,599 *plus tax*) as with the "tilt adjustable stand." A VESA arm gives you much more freedom of positioning, including portrait. They take up less space on your desk, and they're inexpensive.

Apple sells the display with that option for those who will use a VESA-capable mount/arm. So, if that's not your situation, this one isn't for you. Or you could buy a stand/arm separately.

The price anchor here is what it will cost to buy new vs this. You can save hundreds of dollars even at my asking price. There isn't enough aftermarket data on these to make a true case for FMV--it's what parties are willing to pay and sell for. I don't really need to sell mine, so I am pricing for what I'm willing to take to part with it. No need to "educate" me on the market or lowball me. Reasonable offers will be considered. It's a great monitor.

does this have applecare on it?

Hi Alex, nope. I didn't find it worthwhile since it stays safely mounted on my desk.
