The screen is 12.4. The battery charges to 100%. I'm not sure how to answer your question about the battery percentage. The battery lasts for several days using the tablet, around 1–2 hours most days.

Samsung has a one year warranty so no, it does not have a warranty. There are many third party places you can buy a warranty.
