Can AppleCare still be added?

I'm not sure if AppleCare can still be added. I'm not sure what their policy is on that. I've only owned them for two months now. I think my understanding is that AppleCare has to be added within the first 30 days. At least for cell phones. But again, I'm not sure on their policy. For AppleCare on AirPod Pros.
