Shipping / Buyer Requirements:
• Ships within 1 business day to the verified address on the Swappa/PayPal transaction only. No address changes.
• Signature confirmation is required for delivery.
• No freight forwarders. Orders using a freight-forwarding address will be cancelled and 10% of the total transaction amount will be withheld.
• If a buyer provides an incorrect or invalid address, or is removed/blocked by Swappa, cancellation will incur a 10% deduction from the refund.
• Returns are not accepted. Serial number and internal identifiers are documented prior to shipment to prevent fraud.
