Damage Description
Swappa said that I needed to wipe the device down to put this as "Mint". This is technically "Near Mint". You just need to take off the screen protector, wipe the device down yourself. I had a different listing for the exact same device before and it was able to be put as "Mint".

Been with screen protector + case since day 1.
I couldn't find any glaring defect 🤔. No noticable damage as far as I could see. I finally took off the case to take the pictures of the phone there.
You get what you see in the picture. There's an extra screen protector from amFilm. Case from Spigen. And the back case of spigen has a magnetic strip per picture, you can just rip it off if you don't want it.
80% charging limit has been turned on ever since it's available from the OTA update, so I'm confident that the battery health is great (I forgot to take a screenshot of AccuBattery before factory resetting it....😓).
Never been charged through wireless charger either, don't have any to begin with (the heat might affect battery health).
You probably just need to clean some dusts in some nooks here and there.
Don't forget that this also has the 7 years of OS upgrades with final OS update being sometimes in 2030.
