-When did you purchase this device?
-Could you run powercfg /batteryreport in command prompt and post the numbers of these values: Full Charge Capacity and Cycle Count

I purchased the device a few months ago and used it only a few times.
I’ve run the battery report — the Full Charge Capacity is very close to the Design Capacity, and the cycle count is extremely low, consistent with minimal use.
