It’s not on an installment plan nor is it receiving any credits. Just a paid off phone.
I’d do $600 paid tonight as long as it will work on T-Mobile (not metro) and be unlocked automatically in 365 days.

That’s correct. I tested it on an identity phone myself. I think T-Mobile merged Metro’s activation with their own.
