If I don't need the case and don't need any of the bands would you be open to an offer of $250 for just the watch puck itself and charging cord?
250 is too low but I have decreased the watch for a limited time.

Sure thing! The cost of the watch LTE 45 model is 499 retail. The price offered here is a substantial savings and the bands and case are just an added bonus but not inherently included into the presented price. So taking away the case and bands would not change the price as it is already at a deep discount.
