Hi Tesfa, I have checked it using Lycamobile and Spectrum sims. Both work fine. I have added the picture that shows its running Lycamobile and has network in it.
As for overseas, I cannot 100% guarantee anything. I can tell you that this was purchased from Total Wireless. From my personal experience, their cellphones usually work overseas after unlocking. But I cannot guarantee it...
