If PayPal is denying a payment, it is usually an issue with the buyer's PayPal account, sometimes related to not having a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside
Less commonly, the issue may be with the seller's PayPal account being limited. Both parties should contact PayPal support (preferably by phone) to confirm their accounts are ready to send and receive payments.

yep not working for some reason.. tried and took my money 3 times..
I unlinked my PayPal account and linked it again l, it should be working
its telling me that the listing is no longer unavailable I even tried to checkout through venmo. not sure what's going on
