Does this MBP16 come with the dedicated AMD Radeon Pro 5600M with 8 GB VRAM?

The base model of the 2019 MacBook Pro 16-inch with the MVVM2LL/A order number and a 1TB SSD comes with the AMD Radeon Pro 5500M with 4GB of GDDR6 memory by default, not the Radeon Pro 5600M. However, the Radeon Pro 5600M with 8GB of HBM2 memory was an upgrade option available for that configuration.
