I bought this phone new from verizon in 2023 and have kept it in an Apple Clear Case the entire time I have owned it. The front and back glass do not have any cracks and everything works great. The front screen does have minor micro scratches from being in my pocket (visible when screen is off and held at the right angle). Great phone, I just updated to the 17 Pro Max. I'll be shipping in the original box with the usb cable included. I'll also include the Clear Apple MagSafe case that I have used on the phone for the past 2 years.
