This isn't another mystery phone that came from who knows where with an unknown history, but rather this is my personal device that was purchased directly from Google and subsequently treated with the care that you'd expect from an adult professional who pays for his own gear. Upon unpacking it, I put a screen protector (still flawlessly applied) and a case on it, as soon as it came out of the factory wrapper. It's never seen water, it's never been left on charge over night, and it's certainly never been handed to a child to keep them quiet. I've carried it with me every day, but I've used it very little as most of my screen time takes place on a laptop or the monitors at my desk. It comes with the aforementioned screen protector, the box that it came in and a case as seen in the pictures.
