Quite good condition with only very minor signs of wear (no damage to sapphire lens, minor scratches on the front of the bezel, and a small scuff on the sensor only visible at the right angle).

One other question and I will buy it, is the battery significantly degraded? Just wondering if it’s been used a lot for a long time.
Doesn't look like Garmin has a direct way to show battery health, unfortunately. Best I could do with a bit of digging this morning was download my Strava data (they make it less of a headache than Garmin), and analyze each .fit file to count which device I used for more activities the past 2 years since I bought the Epix. Fenix showed up for 218 activities and Epix for 134. And honestly I've worn my Apple Watch Ultra for everything but workouts for the past year and a half or so anyways. Wish I had an easier and more verifiable way to show I have used it pretty infrequently, but I'm not sure if any easy option exists to do so.
I uploaded the summary table to the photos. I would upload a video scrolling through the output table showing the dates and devices used (showing that for the last year and a half or so I've only really used the Fenix), but it looks like per Swappa policy videos can only be uploaded if they show the item itself (unless I can get approved to upload it anyways--it shows numbered .fit files, device names, and timestamps of logged activities).
