Is it eligible to be unlocked?
No. Locked to ATT
Hello! Have you paid off this phone yet? Is it under any payment plan?
$300 if you confirm the phone has all of its original parts and is completely paid off with AT&T.
I’m not sure if it is totally paid off. I bought it used like this. It is LOCKED to ATT and CANNOT be unlocked. Can ONLY be used by ATT/cricket.
If you go on the At&T site you can enter the IMEI number to unlock it. They will do it with in minutes if the phone is paid off.

It cant be unlocked. I would do it long ago if I could. This is a PSA for everyone: THE PHONE CANNOT BE UNLOCKED. IT IS LOCKED TO ATT AND CAN ONLY BE USED BY ATT OR CRICKET.
