Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max Verizon

I received my replacement phone from Asurion but did not activate it or use it (since this was a warranty replacement, I cannot list this as new, but it is def like new -- no scratches, no dents, no cracks, never been used. Decided to upgrade and get a newer one. So this one still has the plastic on screen for you to take off.
Verizon phone.
This will include a new charging cord.
