Scuffs on the metal siding towards the top left, top center and bottom right - if looking at the display.

Otherwise had screen protector installed since new, and cased shortly after above scuffs happened.

If PayPal is denying a payment, it is usually an issue with the buyer's PayPal account, sometimes related to not having a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside

Less commonly, the issue may be with the seller's PayPal account being limited. Both parties should contact PayPal support (preferably by phone) to confirm their accounts are ready to send and receive payments.
