Where is the wear and tear? Are there any scratches? How long will it take from payment time until delivery? Are there any taxes that need to be added to the sales price for delivery in NY?

I re-uploaded the pictures that show wear and tear scratches. Hopefully they are higher quality compared to the initial upload. Besides that the watch screen and sensors are scratch free.

I will ship within two days ground USPS from purchase and try to ship out same day if possible.
