Hello, I thought that promotion was only extended to the original purchaser? Do you guarantee that you'll be able to redeem that 2 years of service? And if not, how much of a refund would you offer and it turns out to be unavailable?

No I am not guaranteeing any promotions that are hosted by Google, as I am not Google and cannot know for sure if they will change or cancel this promotion. I am selling a product that has this promotion attached to it (please see new screenshot with terms); according to their terms the promo is attached to the device, not the account that got it.

If that does not work you will have to speak with google. I can of course assist with original receipt and other supporting information, but I am not offering any returns or exchanges.

This looks like an unlocked watch but the promotion is tied into Google's carrier only. The seller should not promote the "Get 2 years of data for any Pixel Watch 4 (LTE) on us" promo with this watch unless the buyer will have or already has Google Fi Wireless.

Todd Clever, please in the future address me directly if you have a question or concern about my listing, before involving the swappa staff. The watch is fully unlocked (I included a screenshot) as it was bought directly from google store, not google fi. The 2 year promotion is hosted by google (likely fi branch), but it is elective, meaning if you want to connect it to your carrier as long as they accept smartwatches you can do so right away and not use 2 year promotion offered by google. It is simply there to entice people to buy pixel watch lte.
