I just attempted a couple of times to purchase a MacBook Air from you using Venmo but you declined it twice…just trying to figure out what I have to do to complete this purchase.
If PayPal is denying a payment, it is usually an issue with the buyer's PayPal account, sometimes related to not having a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside
Less commonly, the issue may be with the seller's PayPal account being limited. Both parties should contact PayPal support (preferably by phone) to confirm their accounts are ready to send and receive payments.
