Before we proceed with the order would you please clarify what exactly did you mean about the European keyboard in the description? I only see regular qwerty keyboard

If you look closely, you can see it's EU keyboard layout. You can see the symbols above numbers are different, and there's extra key on LEFT SHIFT and ENTER.
It's not good for blind typing, but as long as you choose correct keyboard layout in windows, things work fine.

Lastly kindly wondering if there's any wiggle room for the price negotiation since I'll have to cover extra costs for delivery and taxes on my end.
