This is the GA403UI-XS96 model from ASUS with Windows 11 Pro with BIOS GA403UI.308 09/27/2024. I cannot pull the cycle count on the battery. I have no idea why it won't report it; however, I have operated it primarily plugged in with the battery charge limit set to 60% for most of the laptop's lifetime. The battery has a full charge capacity of 68,681 mWh of 73001mWh, 94% of the theoretical max. Everything else about it is pristine. I upgraded the SSD to 2TB. It has no extended warranty.
