What's the power cycle count?

I checked this for a customer last and it only says healthy. If you can guide me on another was to check i can. i didn't really use this laptop much.

To check your MacBook Pro's cycle count, hold the Option key and click the Apple menu (), then select System Information. In the System Information window, click Power in the left sidebar under Hardware. Your battery's cycle count will be listed under the Battery Information section in the "Health Information" area.

Thank you. This is what i did and all i see is "healthy"

Also any damage or ware and tear on the machine that may not be captured in the photos? Is it possible to include the original ones?

Actually the first photo uploaded it is in that window open it again and scroll to see power then click on it and it should show you the cycle count.

The device is in good physical condition. I don’t have the device with me today. I will tomorrow I will send the information. Thanks for all the support:)
