No marks on the screen. Very small scratches on surface (if any - I can't see any). The keyboard is starting to get a bit glossy but still works 100%. No dents. No dead pixels. AC adapter and cable have never been taken out of the box. I've always used my own Type C charger.

Still covered by AppleCare+ for another 250+ days.

Excellent shape overall. I have absolutely LOVED using this laptop. It was time for me to upgrade. I'm starting to work with LLM's and need the additional memory. Battery doesn't even have 150 cycles on it yet. Please look at all my photos and if you have a question, please reach out! I will ship this with insurance, so a signature will be required to receive it.

hi, do you how many GPU cores this unit has?

Joseph S. Seller

This is the 38-Core GPU variant of the M2 Max processor.

What's the battery health?

Please have a look at all the photos. In those photos, I show the battery cycles and the current capacity. How long it lasts depends on what you do with it.

Would you take 1100?

Joseph S. Seller

That's a pretty lowball offer. No, sorry. I'm the only M2 Max with 2TB on Swappa. If you would have been within $100 of my price, I would have considered.

Hi. can we make 1400? I'll really appreciate it

Oleksandr.. $1425 and you’ve got a deal.

Oct 03, 2025 - 04:31 PM

Interested, would you make it 1425 for me?

Oct 03, 2025 - 04:48 PM

I'll take it Joseph. Sorry for late answer

Joseph S. Seller

I lowered the price

Oct 03, 2025 - 05:29 PM

Joseph, it says: ''Error processing payment
Payee does not have appropriate consent to allow the API caller to process this type of transaction on their behalf. Your current setup requires the 'payee' to provide a consent before this transaction can be processed successfully.''. Can you do something with that?

If PayPal is denying a payment, it is usually an issue with the buyer's PayPal account, sometimes related to not having a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside

Less commonly, the issue may be with the seller's PayPal account being limited. Both parties should contact PayPal support (preferably by phone) to confirm their accounts are ready to send and receive payments.

From what we can see, other sales are processing without issues, so this does not appear to be a problem with our site. If our support team can assist further, please reach out using our help form rather than posting additional comments here: https://swappa.com/help

Thank you!

PayPal CS said I can't make this transaction until October 11. He didn't explain why. Sorry Joseph, not my day 😢

Hey Joseph! I'm looking for something that will handle video editing better than my old 2018 Macbook Pro, and I'm thinking this could be a great option! Are you still open to $1425?

Joseph S. Seller
- Oct 06, 2025 - 12:29 PM

Hey, Sarah. Yes! I've lowered the price. It's yours for the taking. You'll love this thing sompared to a 2018.

Oct 06, 2025 - 12:55 PM

Amazing, thank you! It seems like I've run into the same issue as Oleksandr, though, and got the same PayPal API consent error. I did some Googling and realized that I somehow didn't have my PayPal account connected to my Swappa account (even though I bought my iPad on here last year!). So I connected my account (under My Profile > Payment Settings) and tried again, but no dice. Could you try double checking your account in case yours also somehow got disconnected from your PayPal?

Hey there, Sarah. I took a look in my profile and it's still linked correctly to my PayPal account. I logged into PayPal as well and there appears to be no issues there either. I've asked a Swappa Staff to help to see what might be going on. Hoping they can give insight to what the issue might be. I've sold lots on here before as well, so I'm surprised we're having this problem!

Huh, that's so weird... maybe something funny is happening on PayPal's end? I just tried to complete the purchase again but got the same error. I sent a message through the help form to see if there's anything we haven't tried yet! Updates to come.

Oct 06, 2025 - 03:06 PM

Here's the response I got from the support team:

"Unfortunately this error does indicate some issue with the sellers Swappa account link with PayPal. We'll need the seller to reach out to us and work with PayPal to get this issue resolved. Since we have no way to tell how long that might take we can only advise finding another seller to purchase from. Sorry for the inconvenience or confusion. Thank you for using Swappa."

I'll keep tabs on this listing in case you are able to sort out this issue because it seems like a great computer!

Joseph S. Seller

Sarah, go ahead and try one more time, please. PayPal swears that they see nothing wrong and that they've 'refreshed' my account (not even sure what that means!
