If PayPal is denying a payment, it is usually an issue with the buyer's PayPal account, sometimes related to not having a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside

PayPal didn’t reject my payment; it actually charged me twice. However, the transaction does not appear in my PayPal activity. I made the payment through this website and its PayPal checkout button, and it’s very uncomfortable that PayPal generated this error and that I have no payment record or receipt in my account.
I have a payment to “JUANMTECH” for $549.95 USD, which only appears on my credit card statement but not in my PayPal account.
Could the seller please confirm if they received the payment?
If not, I would like to request the cancellation or refund of this charge.
