is the battery or any components ever been replaced? I want a laptop that everything was comes with it from factory, not swapped/replaced broken oem parts
Nothing has been replaced or repaired. The device has never been opened. No swaps, no refurbishment. 100% all original.
Can you confirm battery never been replaced or MacBook never been opened for custom upgrades. 32gb ram and 512gb hard drive from apple factory
Yes 100% confirmed. It would not be possible to upgrade these as the RAM and SSD is on the motherboard. You can tell it has hardly been used at all because of the condition and lack of key wear.
Please also confirm that this Mac isn’t being used in clamshell mode — meaning it hasn’t been kept plugged in continuously, left on all the time, and operated with a wireless keyboard and trackpad. Also, do you provide a 1-year warranty or only 30 days? or none? I’ve heard that this model can have overheating issues with the keyboard and potential SSD failures, so I want to make sure it will last at least a couple of years.
It hasn’t been in clamshell mode. It’s a very lightly used MacBook in excellent condition and works as intended. I don’t sell warranties sorry! If you’re looking for a used one with a warranty for peace of mind, I would direct you to buy a new one from Apple. I check these very thoroughly and test them to the fullest extent.

Apple just released m5 MacBook Pro. I am thinking about that one or this one. Can you reduce the price to 445?
Sure that works, thanks for working with me. And just to confirm, there is no warranty or applecare. It functions as it should and has been fully tested. Etc. It is pristine and in excellent condition. Very lightly used. Specs are i7/32/500… 16”. Space Gray. Touch Bar and touch ID.
Also, when I charge it up and reset it. There will most likely be another cycle on the cycle count. So it may go up one.
