Btw, any scratches on the screen? I bought another listing but the seller was not being honest about the screen and I am returning that one and looking for another one.

DSsss I am trying to sell for $450 because there are fees, shipping and I am throwing in a used case. The insurance company replaced this phone due to another phone having cracked glass not long ago, so the battery health is still very good and condition is good. It is not perfect as if it came out of the box, the 13 pro max is an older model now, so if you look hard enough I am sure you can see slight scratches if the screen is off. But you'll never see them otherwise, they are even hard to see with light reflecting off it. I took photos with today's date and uploaded them so you could look yourself. This is cheapest price on swappa, just look at how beat up the phone that is one price higher than this one is

I reset phone to factory settings, dont have manufacturing date. but battery health is at 88% I think thats the most important piece of info

In your description, you mentioned "probably refurbished". Is this a refurbished phone? If you go to the About screen and check the model number, if it starts with M - brand new from Apple, F - refurbished by Apple.
