Could you please confirm that the DISPLAY and BATTERY both show as Genuine Apple Parts under Settings → General → About → Parts and Service History?

Hi - I looked up and I do not see “Part and Service History”.

I researched and here is what I found.

“If the “Parts and Service History” section does not appear in your iPhone’s Settings, this is usually because of one of the following reasons:
• Your iPhone has never had its battery, display, or camera replaced, so there is no repair history to show.”

Unable to purchase, errors processing payments through my or my husbands name (Sam p). Tried Venmo and paypal as payment options hence trying it under both our names. It lets me get to the point of hitting purchase and then says error to process payment request.

If PayPal is denying a payment, it is usually an issue with the buyer's PayPal account, sometimes related to not having a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside

Less commonly, the issue may be with the seller's PayPal account being limited. Both parties should contact PayPal support (preferably by phone) to confirm their accounts are ready to send and receive payments.
