I wish they showed specific battery life so i could give you a good answer…. They charge and hold a charge great, but i haven’t had a new pair in a long time so I’m not sure how it compares to new.

Yes, apple care is expired. I don’t really want to post the serial number on here because I’m not familiar with how it could be used fraudulently by someone just scrolling through these comments. The serial number is seen and verified by Swappa staff before posting though.
