Is this the Chinese version?
Yes it is. Origin OS is the Chinese software whereas Funtouch OS is the global version.
From my experience, Origin OS is more feature rich and gets more updates than Funtouch.
Were you able to receive 5G signal on T-Mobile?
Yup. No issues with connectivity for me.
