I would be interested in purchasing if you could answer the following question:

1. Did you purchase it from apple?
2. Just to reconfirm is it unlocked?
3. Where are the major scratches and dents if any?
4. Would be open to negotiation as your battery health is 78% and I would have to replace it which cost around $100
5. What are your return procedure if the phone is not as listed

Hi Nainesh. Great questions. Let me answer them in order:

1. No.
2. This is the description it had when I bought it: "Apple iPhone 13 Mini - Unlocked, Starlight, 256 GB, A2481". I've used it on many different MVNOs (some AT&T based and some Verizon based); so, yes, it is unlocked.
3. I'd point you to the photos. If you need a better photo of some particular side/angle, please let me know. IMHO, there aren't any "major" scratches or dents; but you should judge based on what you see in the photos.
4. Not at this time. Keep an eye on the listing. The prices could drop over time.
5. I've never had a phone come back to me that I've sold on Swappa, so I'm not familiar with the Swappa specific return policies. But I'd certainly be okay with you paying return shipping. Once I receive and verify it's still the same phone and in the same condition, then I'll be happy to refund the cost you paid minus any shipping fees involved.
