This is a 2024 16" Macbook Pro, so it is unfortunately ineligible for AppleCare+ protection. It is a sealed Apple device, so it will still have a one year limited warranty through Apple.

It was another authorized reseller. It is a brand new, factory sealed device. It has never been opened or powered on before.
