Your policy does not state who pays for shipping when you do not receive the model advertised. This just happened to me on another popular platform. Who pays ?

Why are you beating around the answer ? Factory unlocked or carrier unlocked ?

if it was carrier unlocked we would of had to put the carrier it was tied too

So again, is it factory unlocked ? What's the problem giving a straight answer. It's YES or NO.
