"USED, damaged, and defective electronic devices (excluding devices that are new in original packaging, and manufacturer-certified new or refurbished devices) containing lithium batteries ARE PROHIBITED"

I've highlighted the applicable words.

Devices sold on Swappa are Used. Since it's difficult and confusing to make several policies for different types of devices our market policy is that APO/FPO addresses are not supported on Swappa. Sorry for any inconvenience.
