Is the popping heard when using headphones, or just a defect in the speaker itself? Are there any scratches on the screen? Are there any other issues? Thanks.
Hi Matthew - I have not heard any popping or cracking with a headset - I play fortnite on full volume and suppose that may have caused them to have all the distortion. There is sound but when bass kicks in it has the popping/crackling - not sure if it's an easy/difficult fix.
Also, the screen has had a protector on it since the day I purchased and a case shortly after. There are no other issues with the device that I have ever encountered. It functions great and runs my entire Steam library - granted you are close to a power outlet because it's thirsty when you start running high frame rates and full brightness!
