Does this still have Apple Warranty?
No, the 1 year manufacturer warranty recently expired.
That being said, if there was something that would fall under the warrant, I would be surprised and try to do whatever resolution makes sense. Swappa is completely new to me as of this first listing, and it looks like they use Paypal's resolution process. (It's been a long time for PayPal for me too.)
An example resolution for me would be if there was a manufacturer defect the warranty would cover, I wouldn't oppose a me paid shipping return and refund.
I believe Paypal gives us 20 days to work it out first, and even no warranty, I'd be surprise if we couldn't work it out. I definitely would like to get 5 star review on my first listing if I'm being honest.
Is this locked to T-Mobile or can you get it unlocked?
Definitely unlock eligible, and I believe did everything correct for a permanent, I am going to check with prior to shipping to be certain everything was done correctly. 👍
