What network were you using that had limited bands? I would love to buy this but I use Visible (a MVNO of Verizon) and don't know if it's compatible.

I used Visible originally and it didn't work well in my area. I couldn't get any connection most of the time. I switched to us mobile and used the T-Mobile towers and it was completely fine. It's mostly went I go back to visit my parents in a rural area where the signal is very spotty and often doesn't work. It comes down to the bands in your area, if on Verizon I wouldn't recommend it.
