Hello! Does the Alienware x15 R2 run hot and, if so, can the fan settings be adjusted to deal with that? In other words, can I use this on my lap?

Hi there! I have never used it on my lap but you can certainly set the fans speeds to run higher than defaults. I would imagine you would be OK with non demanding tasks such as web surfing and emailing. But with gaming I am not sure what your comfort level is. It is a wonderful laptop and very portable and a real flashy one as well. Thank you for your interest.

Hi there! Thank you so much for your offer! I can let it go for a little less than asking price and i made an adjustment. It is already priced to sell. Please remember there are several months left on the Dell warranty which it will be my pleasure to transfer to you. I will counteroffer and have this out upon I return from a trip at the end of this weekend. I have to perform a factory reset on it as I have been using it as a home laptop to make sure it is working perfectly and it is. I want to make its next owner very happy. That is my number one goal!
Hello! Yes, I'm aware that the Dell warranty is still good and that your price is a good one. I have been looking at two similar gaming laptops in Swappa and have just bought one of those, as that one seemed like a better deal for me overall. I trust that you'll have no problem selling yours.
