The device ships free of cost by USPS First Class Mail on the same or next business day. Delivery time frame for First Class mail is 2 to 7 business days. We offer expedited shipping by USPS Priority Mail for an extra charge of $15. Buyer needs to message on sale page once the purchase is made and we will send invoice for the expedited shipping charge via Paypal to the buyers email address. Once the invoice is paid, the device will be shipped.

Device Return/Replacement requests have to be made with proper communication via message on Swappa Sale page. We offer hassle free refunds within 15 days of receiving the device. We provide prepaid return shipping label and issue full refund for our listing price. Paypal/ Stripe do not refund their processing fees and this amount will be deducted from the refund.

Order cancellations are subject to full refund of our listing price. The Paypal/Stripe fees for the order will be deducted from the refund as Paypal and Stripe do not refund their fees.

If the package is received in a damaged condition, it must be reported as soon as the package is received. Any device received with damage of any kind including but not limited to any system warning messages (battery not charging or moisture at charging port) must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Damage reported after this time will be assumed by the buyer and the device will no longer be eligible for return.

If the device is returned in broken/damaged or non functional condition including but not limited to water damage it will not be eligible for returns. Once the return is initiated, the device needs to be sent back within 3 to 4 business days. If the device is not received back within 10 days of initiating the return, the return will be closed.
If the proper return process is not followed and the shipping label provided by us is not used to return the device, return will be cancelled. In all circumstances, device needs to be returned in an undamaged condition and in a timely manner in order to receive a refund.
If the device is returned more than 10 days after receiving the prepaid return shipping label, restocking fees of 20% will be deducted from the refund if the return is received within 2 weeks of receiving the prepaid return label. If the device is received after 2 weeks of receiving the prepaid label, it will not be eligible for refund. Replacement may or may not be offered based on availability.

For factory unlocked devices returned for activation issue with AT&T, Paypal/ Stripe processing fees will be deducted since we do not guarantee activation of factory unlocked with model number U1 with AT&T. This activation hassle for AT&T is clearly mentioned with every listing.

For factory unlocked phones with model number ending in U1, if the device is returned for Wi-Fi calling not working, we will deduct the Paypal/Stripe processing fees since each of our listing mentions that Wi-Fi calling needs Carrier firmware installed on the device. Factory unlocked phones do not have carrier firmware and apps installed.
