Are you referring to the top handle where the strap is inserted and holds the entire strap? Has that handle broken? I mean, if I bought a new head strap like the Kiwi ones, there would be no way to attach the new strap to the top?
If that part that holds the strap at the top came off, then what holds the strap on? A photo of that part that came off would be very helpful to get a real idea.
